We hope that you will love your Godessa Jewellery purchases, however, if there is any issue we are able to offer a refund on items that are returned to us in the original packaging, unworn and in their original condition within 14 days.
Please make sure you securely wrap the item you are returning, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage to the item whilst it is in transit.
The return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and as stated above we are unable to take responsibility for the items whilst in transit, so we recommend using a secure and tracked postage service as well as keeping proof of postage. We are unable to authorise any refund until we have received the returned item in its original condition and will not take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in the post so please take care to cover yourself.
Once we have received the item the refund will be processed within 14 days and the money refunded to the original payment source, i.e the debit/ credit card or paypal used for the purchase.
We are unable to offer refunds on limited edition pieces or any items that are made to customer specifications.
All our pieces are handcrafted and tested before they are sent out, however, should the item arrive damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs with the item within three months of your purchase we will either exchange or repair the item. Please contact us immediately should this happen. Damage through general wear and tear or accidental damage does not fall under faulty items and if on return we deem this to be the case there will be no exchange or repair and there will also be a charge to send it back to you.
